如果物业管理不去法院解决,来个野蛮强制拆除,怎么办???现在物业管理都不讲道理的,不过楼上说的对,物业管理条列在大,也大不过宪法,更何况物权法也出台了,我们对自己的私有财产因该享有处分权,毕竟以后我们的物权税不是白交的!!!

顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶顶这么强的帖子怎么能不顶,这个案例说明了很多问题,就如我前几天发的帖样,类似封阳台,防盗窗,之类的都适用这个案例。

私有财产在不危害和侵犯他人的前提下应该是业主自己作主!!!!
